What it does
Bookings without double booking
See every hall and slot on a calendar. Hold a date, take an advance, and the system will not let two events take the same slot.
Payments and accounts
Advance and balance payments, receipts, and a full ledger, so you can see who owes what at any time.
PRA tax invoicing
Receipts carry the PRA invoice number and QR code, so invoicing for the Punjab Revenue Authority happens as part of normal billing.
Kitchen and purchasing
Track stock, purchases and what the kitchen uses for each event.
Staff pay and expenses
Payroll and recurring expenses (rent, utilities, salaries) in the same place as the bookings.
Works when the internet drops
It can be installed on a computer at the venue, so the work does not stop if the connection goes down. A hosted version is also available.
Urdu support
The screens can be switched to Urdu for your staff.
